The Old Mill, Budapest
Title
The Old Mill, Budapest
Description
The Gizella Mill, now the resident apartments, was built by the Krausz-Moskovits family in 1880. Until 1963 the building had been functioning as a steam mill. In the past decades it had been used as a warehouse. In 2000 it was converted into a residential building, keeping the original facades. The construction work of the new loft-style apartments was finished in 2010, preserving the special industrial atmosphere of the mill.

It always looks very empty, I have not seen to much life there. I hope it is a successful project.
