Lem Station is a creative hub. The project aims to transform the old tram depot at the crossroads of the Sakharov and Vitovsky streets into an innovative creative center, which will become the point of intersection and self-realization of artists, entrepreneurs, scientists and other representatives of creative industries.
Cultural and educational
It was built as the tram depot, but from the 1920s it also was used as the tram repair workshop.
